Ordering Information
We provide three easy ways to place your gift basket order: by phone, fax or online. If ordering online, simply browse our catalog, add products to your order, and determine the quantities you would like of each product. Once you've added all of the items that you wish to purchase you can begin the check out process. This process involves four simple steps: (1) Review Your Order, (2) Enter Shipping Information, (3) Enter Billing Information and (4) Confirm / Place Order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is submitted. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped. Once an order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled or changed. No refunds will be issued and all balances will be due. Large orders of fresh baked cookies (4 gift baskets or more) may be shipped 2-3 business days after cookies are baked.

In order to protect our customers to the fullest extent, Palm Bay Gifts does not store your credit card information at any time. Furthermore, any personal information given to Palm Bay Gifts will be protected and will not be disclosed to any third party.

Delivery Information

Local Delivery
$7.95 Hand Delivery in Miami-Dade County! (Regularly priced at $9.95.) This offer is only available for a limited time, so order soon!

Local courier service (hand delivery) is available within Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties. Delivery time is typically 2-3 days. Same day hand delivery is also available. All of our gift baskets can be hand delivered for a flat fee of $7.95 (regularly $9.95) anywhere in Miami-Dade County and $24.95 in Broward County. Please contact us for hand delivery rates to other nearby counties.

When hand delivering to a residence, our policy is to leave the gift basket in a safe place at the home if no one is available to receive the gift basket. If there is no safe place to leave the gift basket we will attempt re-delivery. Each re-delivery attempt is an additional charge of $9.95 in Miami-Dade County and $24.95 in Broward County. If we are unable to deliver the gift basket an additional return fee to our warehouse of $9.95 in Miami-Dade County and $24.95 in Broward County will be charged.

Excessive wait time delivery fees will also accrue an additional charge. We are not responsible for damage to, or loss of, gift baskets when left by our courier at a residence.

National Delivery
7.95 Ground Shipping!
Ground shipping anywhere in the continental United States is ONLY $7.95! (Regularly priced at $9.95.) This is a limited time offer and applies to all of our gift baskets.

Standard ground shipping time to most points within Florida is typically 1 business day and standard shipping time for deliveries across the continental United States is typically 2-7 business days once your item is shipped. Ground shipping is not guaranteed to ship or arrive on a specific day. If you need your package(s) to arrive on a specific day please do not select this service. Next day air, two day and three day delivery is available. Rates for these services vary depending on product size, weight and delivery address.

All packages shipped from Palm Bay Gifts are marked No Signature Required unless otherwise instructed by our customer. If our shipper is unable to deliver a package, the gift will be returned to Palm Bay Gifts and additional fees will be charged for re-shipping the package or restocking the items contained in the gift basket. Gift baskets containing perishable items cannot be refunded if undeliverable.

Shipping to a Home or Office?
We live in a world where fewer and fewer homes have anyone who stays at home all day. If there is no one home to receive a package, consider sending it to their work address! 99% of all work place deliveries are successfully made on the first attempt.

Shipping to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to post office boxes.

Address Errors
Palm Bay Gifts cannot be responsible for, and does not guarantee shipments when we are given an incorrect or incomplete address. Please check the accuracy of your address list before you place your order. Our standard rates apply for re-shipping packages or restocking the items contained in the gift basket due to address errors.

Turnaround Times
Most orders are shipped within one or two business days from the time we receive your order. You may request a future ship date. During busy holiday periods your order is shipped as soon as we are able to process and build your gift basket(s). Please order early to assure timely delivery. When counting shipping days please count only business days, not weekends. Please do not count the day a gift basket is shipped as a day-in-transit.


Sales Tax
All sales made within Florida are subject to a 7% sales tax or the prevailing sales tax in the State of Flordia at the time of purchase.


Wine & Champagne Sales
Palm Bay Gifts features a selection of fine and premium wines. Each wine that we feature is carefully chosen to appeal to a wide variety of wine drinkers. Our Fine Wines are priced at $12 per bottle and our Premium Wines are priced at $20 per bottle. If you would like more information regarding our wine selection please contact our customer service department.

Unfortunately, we can not ship alcohol outside of Florida at this time. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase gifts that include alcohol. Proof of age will be required at the time of purchase and upon delivery for all orders including alcohol. Our hand picked wine and champagne selections are provided by Palm Bay Partners, LLC.
